With 22+ year’s expertise in driving Organisational Effectiveness, enhancing Talent Management and building Leadership Capability Lauren has solid commercial experience, proven executive leadership and corporate governance exposure combined with her cross-cultural boundaries expertise, after 12 years of living and working in Singapore and across SE Asia, Japan, Korea and China.

Lauren has held senior leadership positions over this time, as Associate Director for a Human Resource Consulting corporation, Asia Pacific Director, People and Organisational Development, Microsoft and Regional Head of IT Institute for Credit Suisse Asia Pacific.


As the single point of contact and strategic adviser on organisational capability and effectiveness, to the regional Executive leadership team and their management teams, she led her team to successfully drive the people development agenda across 13 countries across Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

She is Associate Faculty for Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate School of Business Malaysia and External Consultant Trainer for NUS Graduate School of Business Singapore. Lauren is also Founding Board Member, Society for Organisational Learning, Singapore.


Together with her clients, she strategies and co creates innovative, pragmatic and holistic solutions to build effective and healthier organisations through enhancing leaders at all levels to be mindful-body centered, strategic and skillful in overcoming adaptive challenges
